About Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Clients often ask us where our FAQ come from. In general, these questions come from sources all over — clients, interested parties, networking meetings, industry professionals, educators and researchers, management, and techies of every type, discipline, and description. If a question gets asked multiple times, we know it's likely to come up again. Yvonne claims she likes to post these questions because she's basically lazy and hates repeating herself. But the main reason we post them is to give our coaching clients and TechLORC™ subscribers access to the answers 24/7. (Saves e-mail cycles and phone calls.)
