Review: Leadership and Self-Deception: Getting Out of the Box (Book)

This book is not your usual leadership book. Its novella style might lead you to wonder, at first glance, if it is a serious content-rich book or one of those fluffy, narrative-style books that have become the rage in recent years. I don't consider this book to be one of that genre.

This book is about becoming a better person and building a better culture. It demonstrates how to avoid painting ourselves and others into corners that make conflict inevitable. Some may end up scratching their heads after reading this book and asking, "So what?" Personally, I found this book to be very revealing and recommend it often to those who regularly find their lives and their work environment full of conflict.
