Maybe not the most auspicious book I've ever read on building and working with teams, but certainly a useful and well-written one. Pell has provided an easy-to-read, practical guide to understanding the need for teams and how to develop them, with practical hints and how-to's provided all along the way. I recommend this book to new leaders who must understand team evolution and dynamics and ways to facilitate them.
