			Review: Empowerment Takes More Than a Minute (Book)

If you are a hard-core, get to the facts sort of person, you may not like this book. On the other hand, it's a fast read and Blanchard and his co-authors define the empowerment process in terms that are easy to understand and utilize. There are more in-depth books out there on empowerment, but for the cost and the small time commitment, this book is worth reading (especially for new managers).
