The essays in this book address change at many levels: organizational, business, social, and with regard to the economy. Although somewhat dated, this book is still an excellent introduction for those trying to wrap their minds around how change has affected our perspective and the needs that must be addressed within management circles.

Overall rating: Worth the read.
