Whichever way you choose to contact Technical Support, please be sure to:
- Identify yourself (including your name and subscriber ID, if known)
- Specify your location (city and state) and your organization (if
appropriate)
- Include your contact information (e-mail address and
phone number, please)
- Indicate the date/time you experienced the problem (if it is related
to the website or TechLORC — this will help us determine if any
system maintenance or similar activity could have contributed to the problem).
- Describe your problem, including any error messages that may
appear on your monitor (if appropriate).
If the problem is with an
audio or video recording, you may simply have a bad recording and we will be
happy to provide you with a replacement disc or download.
If you are experiencing a problem with a downloaded document or
soft tool, the problem may stem from a dropped transmission packet. If this
occurs, simply contact us and we will arrange for you to download the document
or soft tool again.
If the problem is with our website or the TechLORC,
our Webmaster will need to know the page on which the problem occurred.
