Program Details...

EDUCATION: Half-day (3.5 hours) online learning event that defines leading up in detail, dispels various myths and misconceptions about it, and instructs you in the practical application of various techniques that will deliver the results you seek. A wealth of examples and case studies drawn from real world high-tech environments are reviewed and discussed. This webinar is highly interactive and participants are encouraged to ask questions as well as share their own experiences in technical cultures across a variety of industries and disciplines.

SUPPORT:  Four (1-hour) group coaching sessions (scheduled after the main event). These follow-on sessions provide ongoing support while participants apply what they have learned. Group coaching participants get their questions answered and are able to extend their learning through interaction with the learning facilitator and other participants.

Yvonne T. Ryan, the Technical Leadership Coach, is the founder and president of Leader's Edge CA, a consultancy in San Jose, CA, the Capital of Silicon Valley.
