Our products and resources are designed to be “plug-and-play” in nature. However, should you experience technical difficulties while installing or using one of our products, one of our friendly technical service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Please describe your problem, including any error messages that may appear on your monitor (if appropriate).
- If the problem is with an audio or video recording, you may simply have a bad recording and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement disc or download.
- If you are experiencing a problem with a downloaded document or soft tool, the problem may stem from a dropped transmission packet. If this occurs, simply contact us and we will arrange for you to download the document or soft tool again.
- If the problem is with our website, our Technical Support will need to know the page on which the problem occurred. The page address is located in the “Address” field in the menu bar of your browser window. Please copy the page address and paste it into the “Page Address” field provided below.
